Deck in Troy
Scot asked me to post a comment on our experiences using his company for our decks in Troy, Mi. We started using them in the Mid 90's and would not consider using any other company. I am sure we could get a better price but why run the risk of someone inexperienced ruining your wood.

We have 3 decks and two large brick paver patios that they restore every 3 years. It is a big project and they complete the work in two days. Never any mess and the only issues is weather delays. We used to use the TWP stain but have since switched to Armstrong. Lasts about the same but does not wear unevenly from our dog.smilies/smiley.gif

The pavers get a coat of sealer that makes them look rich and shiny. Not to shiny though. I like that the paver sand hardens from the sealer.

We highly recommend OPW and have referred them to all of our neighbors in the past.
